Refund Policy

INITIAL DRAFT — This Refund Policy requires review by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
Overview
CCNA Practice Labs sells time-limited digital access to educational content and tools. Because access to digital content begins immediately after a successful payment, paid access is generally nonrefundable.
We may, however, provide refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, especially where a genuine billing mistake occurred.
Immediate Digital Delivery
When your payment is approved, your account is ordinarily entitled to the purchased access period right away. This immediate delivery is an important reason refunds are limited.
Initial Purchase and Renewals
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout:
- The initial paid access period is three months.
- Optional two-month renewal periods may be offered after the initial period.
- Each later two-month renewal must be affirmatively selected by you where such an option is provided.
- Automatic renewal is not enabled by default.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at [email protected] with the email address on your account, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to resolve genuine billing mistakes fairly, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Accidental Renewal
If you believe you were charged for an unintended renewal, we may consider a refund where:
- You contact support promptly after discovering the charge; and
- The account has not been used for two or more hours after the renewal charge.
Situations Where Refunds Are Unlikely
We are less likely to approve refunds where substantial paid features were used during the access period, where the request is submitted long after the charge, or where the charge resulted from a renewal option you affirmatively selected.
Cancellation and Remaining Access
Canceling future renewal stops future charges but does not ordinarily revoke access you have already paid for through the end of the current paid access period.
When a paid period expires, access to subscriber features may end unless you purchase a new access period.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically initiated within a reasonable business timeframe after approval.
Stripe, your bank, or card issuer may require additional time before funds appear in your account. We do not control that timing.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
